SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by Capital Solution Cabinets LLC ("Capital Solution Cabinets"). By opting in you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Program description
When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Capital Solution Cabinets related to:
- Customer care and transactional messages: responses to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, project updates, delivery and installation notices, and follow-up on completed work.
- Promotional messages (only if you separately opted in): seasonal specials, offers and news about our services.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the quote form at capitalsolutioncabinets.com/contact.html, by texting us first at (813) 525-8784, or by giving us verbal or written consent when we speak with you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project. Customer care messages are sent as needed. Promotional messages, if you opted in, are limited to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by calling (813) 525-8784 or emailing info@capitalsolutioncabinets.com.

Carriers

Changes
We may modify or cancel the program or these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
